0 GRAVITY

Thanks to its flexibility and ease of use, the GMOVE-SUIT is used at the end of a training session, for a warm down or stretching session.

With The GMOVE-SUIT equipment, the athlete can go about their everyday business, including being on the move (walking, driving, air travel) or work from a seated position whilst participating an improved elimination of toxins and venous return.

2G - ACTIVE

The GMOVE-SUIT promotes mobility following intense physical exertion, through the clearing of toxins through moderate physical training (at 50-60% of maximum effort).

This technique, also called active recovery, reduces lactate, plasma concentrated ion’s more quickly than passive recovery and also greatly reduces DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) the day after exercise.

4G - BOOST

The BOOST function greatly reduces oxygen intake to increase muscle activity by using reduced loads. The GMOVE-SUIT is used at up to 120mmHg to compress both legs for one minute. This is followed by an active one-minute recovery (active function), where the athlete must remain in motion but at 40% effort.
