The GMOVE-SUIT active compression allows each user to have equipment that can support him in different fields such as sport, rehabilitation, wellness or orthopaedics.
The 2G program is focused on active recovery and support for people in muscle rehabilitation. It works by palpating the lower air chambers in order to stimulate venous return by contraction of the calves. This is followed by a swelling of the thigh chamber to make the blood contracted by the calves rise upwards. The next and last step is a total pressure of the leg.
SPORT:
Recovery is an important point for the athlete and the GMOVE-SUIT aims to accelerate the process in active recovery. The 2G program accompanies during this session by slightly compressing to optimize the venous return flow and oxygenate the lower limbs. It mainly involves low-intensity effort in jogging or cycling.
We recommend using around 90 mmHg. This pressure should not be too high and should not become too difficult to remain as an accompaniment.
REHABILITATION:
In rehabilitation the GMOVE-SUIT intervenes with the 0G to deflate the oedema and with the 2G in rehabilitation to accompany the patient in his dynamic exercises. Thanks to the freedom of movement while having a compression on the limbs gives a feeling of a better stability and an ease to do the exercises. With a light pressure on the legs it is recognized that the venous return is accelerated. The increased oxygen supply improves cardiac output and therefore endurance.
And if you are afraid that the oedema will inflate again after dynamic exercise, don’t worry. Due to the compression and the accompanying venous return, the affected area will not accumulate blood.
We advise you to use around 90 mmHg so that the pressure is not too high and remain an accompaniment.
What to remember:
In active recovery, it is a plus to accompany athletes in their low-intensity sessions in order to oxygenate the muscles.
In rehabilitation it is a tool that is present during the deflation of edema with in 0G and in the facilitation of rehabilitation exercises in 2G. It is thanks to the light active compression on the limbs, with the aim of quickly oxygenating the tissues, that better sensations are obtained.
